Stopped here on a Thursday night to chit chat and have drinks with two of my girlfriends. The place was welcoming and the vibes were right. The bartender and owner was very kind, and attentive.
What an awesome bar! Phil is such a great bartender, she’s cultivating and on point! Quick with her service and has such a bubbly personality. If you want a quick drink DEFINITELY stop by here and ask for Phil she’s great !! 10/10
After walking around the 911 memorial I was feeling down and needed a good dive bar to liven things up a bit. Luckily I found the Nassau Bar close by. I got there on Wednesday around 4pm. The place looks kinda small from the outside but surprisingly a long space on the inside with the bar running a good sixty or so feet. The place has a great ambiance and it’s one of those typically dimly lit dive bars with the juke box cranked up. The bar tender had a lot of energy and was grooving to the tunes with rhythmic gyrations and smiles. After a few beers and maybe more than a couple whiskeys, I left revitalized with a smile similar to that bartenders kind smile. With a newly found spring in my step it was onto the search for some of that legendary lower Manhattan pizza.
Visiting the city for the second time and just really enjoyed the chill and relaxed vibe of the bar. After two days of chaos it was nice to just sit and chill with a PBR. Thanks to the bar tender Phil for making us feel welcome!

Quite possibly the finest bar in all of lower Manhattan. If you haven't been here, you should. If you have, no explanation needed. The owners are tremendous.
I LOVE THIS PLACE .. the owner is really nice i cant wait to go back. Whether the bartenders are wearing bras or t shirts its a cool place and we need more real places like this.
